Immune memory: According to http://www.Tcells.Org/scientific/memory/, memory t-cells are derived from normal t-cells that have learned how to overcome an invader by ‘remembering’ the strategy used to defeat previous infections.

?immune system?: If i guessed correctly, you are asking about the immune system. There are both t and b cells, which are subclasses of lymphocyte differentiation. The white cell is from the bone marrow, and migrates to secondary lymphoid tissue such as the lymph node. Generally 2 types of memory cells, central memory and effector memory, the former already primed and reactive.
