Eczema: Eczema is a common skin problem--often worse in winter due to greater dryness. If your eczema is severe, it really needs to be seen by your local dermatologist. There are many great options to control eczema. There may not be a permanent cure, but your doctor can get you on a regimen that will help you live without so much trouble. Make an appt.

Moisturise: Eczema is a dry / itchy skin condition caused by impaired barrier function rendering the skin more sensitive. The mainstay of treatment is regular daily emollient / moisturiser to nourish the skin and improve its barrier function. Moisturise the whole body.
