Need Consultation: You could have: 1) advanced TMJ and muscle dysfunction - see a dentist that treats a lot of TMJ patients. 2) advanced ENT problems - see an ENT doctor. 3) various types of tumors - see an ENT doctor. The tingling of the tongue and the roof of the mouth is usually a compression of the nerves and leading to these areas.

Sinus infection: Hard to say. Other than tongue symptoms, this sounds like a sinus infection. I would start with a visit to the M.D. He/she may recommend a ct scan.
