Spot on liver, what can cause spotting on your liver?

Not sure: Do you mean that a lesion was seen on/in your liver during some sort of abdominal imaging? If so they are tests that can be performed to accurately diagnosis it which is important because you want to make sure it is not cancer (which is rare in those without preexisiting liver disease).
