Many things: You can try gentle exfoliating cleaning with an electic facial cleansing brush, or topical toners and benzoyl peroxide products. You can try to change your dietary habits to eat more healthful foods (processed, refined, pre-packaged foods and greasy fried foods are not good for balancing skin flora and ph to avoid breakouts).

Scientific Rx: Start off with a salicylic acid wash, or topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated. This should be enough. If it's not, your physician can help.
