Not rosacea?: I have never seen or heard of rosacea on the "inside' of the mouth. See a dentist to take a look at that bump and tell you what it is. If it’s an infection, it needs to be seen asap as untreated infections can spread and cause serious complications. There are many other things that it can be. Without actually seeing it for ourselves, we can't tell you what it is or if it needs treatment.
