Half of my baby's tooth fell out. should i pull the rest of it out?

Depends which half: If the tooth is split into two portions and is movable, then removing the tooth will relieve much discomfort. If the root of the tooth is imbedded in the gum tissue, then do not try to attempt a removal. Leave it to your dentist. As a general rule, the younger the child- the longer the root. Extractions, such as these, should only be done in a controlled environment in a dental office.

Maybe: How old is your baby. If under 4 yrs, then check with dentist.

See dentist: Baby teeth should not begin falling out until about age 6. Why did 1/2 fall out? Did tooth have cavity or large filling? Did 1 root of baby molar dissolve away but not the other? Was the tooth broken (damaged) because of trauma? Is this the correct time for baby tooth to fall out, or is it too early? You would probably be well served to have your dentist take a look.
