A member asked:

I've been having a really hard time making my ear pop. do you have any tips?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Ernie Ordonez answered

DON'T: Do not pop your ears at all. The way is pinch your nose tight and slowly blow until your ears cleared the air.

I had a bump (I think it was a cyst) behind my ear. In the past I've popped them like a pimple. This time I squeezed it and it felt like it popped. But nothing came out. Should I be worried about it popping internally? Still have a smaller lump?
