Maybe: Wbcs are part of blood -- so if you have blood and wbcs, they may just be part of each other. This may be due to an injury (torn meniscus, fracture). Infection is a disproportionate level of wbcs to rbcs. Specifically, it should be an increase of neutrophils in excess of any others.
