My scalp near forehead is dry scaly non itchy. and wen i scratch it it reveals reddened skin is it scalp psoriasis i hv few lesions on my lower back?

Maybe: Rashes are the baskin robbins of skin conditions....They come in 31 different flavors. The only way to truly know is to see a dermatologist and consider a biopsy, although they might opt for therapy before treatment to see how responsive the rash is to treatment.
