Confusing numbers: Normally cholesterol is given in units mg/dl and normal total cholesterol is under 200 mg/dl. Tg's also r usually given in mg/dl, with target goal less than 160 mg/dl. Not certain what units your numbers reflect, but (if your numbers are correct) both chol & tg values r within the provided reference range. Ask pcp for full cholesterol profile: total chol, hdl-chol, ldl-chol, tg's & what goals r.

Millimoles: The 4.68 refers to millimoles of cholesterol. This is a different unit than most us doctors are used to. It is a somewhat elevated cholesterol level. We'd rather see it closer to 2 than to 5.
