General Surgeon: You need to have a hernia ruled out. General surgeons are the best specialist to see for this evaluation. Dysfunction of the sacroiliac joints commonly radiates to the sciatic region as well as to the groin.

Hmmm: Are you sure it is sciatic pain. If pain is severe it could be torsion of the testicle. Please get evaluated.
