See ENT: I would recommend you see and ear, nose and throat doctor. You might need a referral from your primary doctor. The eustachian tube goes from your throat to your ear and it usually helps equalize pressure in your ear, for instance when you fly and your ear gets clogged and you swallow and your ear pops! that's equalizing the pressure. Maybe fluid is getting into your middle ear.
