Increased risk: There are definite increased risk if you have a short interval in between pregnancies. You are more likely to have a small baby, preterm labor, and anemia. Do yourself a favor and talk to your OB about a reliable form of birth control so you space your pregnancies more appropriately. As for today, how about emergency contraception?
