Many things : This sounds like a stress reaction, however it could be many things. Anything that can effect multiple nerves (nerves to eye and arm) like diabetes, ms, lyme disease, vascular is and many more. The bottom line is that you need a physical exam by a medical doctor and probably an eye exam by an ophthalmologist.
