Don't worry yet : The average time it takes for women under 35 to conceive is 6 months; there is generally no need for concern unless it's more than a year. The optimal time to try is from 4 days before ovulation until the day of ovulation. The herb rhodiola improves fertility. Make sure you are not hypothyroid and start your prenatal now- it is most important the first few weeks of pregnancy.

It takes time: Normal fertile couples can take a year to become pregnant, so be patient. If you are getting desperate or its been a year then make an appointment to see your ob/gyn to get an evaluation started.
