Could be ulcer: I would make an appointment with your doctor. Stomach ulcers can have these types of symptoms.

Stomach growl: Often gastro esophageal reflux cause feelings of hunger. It will help important to rule out h. Pylori, or ulcer disease . Blood test , breath test and sometime esophagogastroduodenoscopg (EGD) will be evaluated.
