Flow rate.: Seems like you urinate too long? Doesn't sound too concerning. Keep a voiding diary and do some simple recordkeeping. Time it. Take it to your doc and discuss.

Possibly: "polyuria" of increased urination can be a tell tell sign of diabetes. A simple fastinf blood sugar would be the first screen.
