Kidney stone of10 mm can it be treated without any operation or even lethotripsy?

10mm is huge: To pass this would be impossible and very painful. Lithotripsy would make it smaller and easier to pass.

NO: Stones over 5mm need lithotripsy or surgical extraction. You need to see a urologist.
