Whenever i press my skin it goes white and takes longer for color to return than on others. is this a problem? my hands are either red or pale.

Maybe: If you press and release and can say "capillary refill" (or count to 3 mississippi-s) prior to the color returning to the spot, then you likely have delayed peripheral perfusion--which might be normal for you at your age--need to discuss your concerns with your dr or a cardiologist, particularly if family history of heart or vascular disease.
