Usually not: Flexible flat feet, otherwise known as pes planovalgus is really common in children and usually does not cause any problems. Usually treatment, which usually begins with trying an orthotic , is reserved for if the child. Develops sores, calluses, or pain. Children often grow out of it. Thank you for the question.

Yes: He should see a dr hyperpronation can cause many problems and is pretty easy to correct look into orthotics custom made.
