i've had severe pain in the side of my lower abdomen and thick yellowish discharge . all swabs for infections and stds came back negative. what's up?

Get exammined: The pain and vaginal discharge may not be associated. You should see your gynecologist. Rlq pain may be associated with an ovarian cyst, swollen fallopian tube, adhesions, appendicitis, endometriosis. The vaginal discharge is most likely due to chronic inflammation of the cervix.
