Talk to neurosurgeon: Can not be answered from this limited information. Need to patient's neurosurgeon if ur next of kin. Otherwise patient's next of kin should have been informed. ? Is, why has the hemorrhage not been drained & is 2nd opinion in order.

Brain injury: These are very serious brain injuries that can be life threatening. A neurosurgeon should be involved the the persons care as in some instances surgery is warranted. Many patients require ventilation for days before they are able to breathe on their own and protect their airway.
