Meds.: Non steroidal anti inflammatories are good for that. Any should do. Naproxen, ibuprofen, aspirin, etc.. Could add Acetaminophen if necessary. As you know lump is breast could be cancer or infection so if this thing is gradually growing and /or becoming more painful or there are any other signs or symptoms you should see your doc.
