Bloating and cramps: These symptoms are usually due to minor bowel irritation, indigestion, gas, constipation, etc. Abdominal cramps are not a usual symptom of early pregnancy. Of course, the presence or absence of pregnancy can be easily checked by a urine test available in all drug stores.

Hmmm: Rarely symptoms could be associated with ovarian cancer. But simple GI dysfunction should be ruled out as well.
