Infection. : It is very likely that you having your urinary tract or bladder infection. These are very common after sex with or without a condom you don't represent a sexual transmitted infection. Treatment is usually antibiotics for three days to seven days and sometimes is preceded by checking a urine for culture but is not always necessary. Call your doctor to obtain treatment.
