I've had a pain near my throat for a few months now, sometimes its minor but when i exercise the pain increases, also beneath my right rib, what could?

It's difficult: To explain your situation but the 2 biggest candidates would be esophageal reflux and post nasal drip. Acid can move into the back of the throat causing pain. You would feel kind of belchy. Zantac at 150 mg is easy to try and safe though. If its post nasal drip, flonase, especially at night can help. Nail this if you have allergies. Pain under rib likely not related. Look up cholelithiasis.

Need attention: You need to be examined, but the possibility of acid reflux disease is there. Try over the counter Omeprazole few days if not better see a doctor. If you were old i would advised you differently.
