Nicotine can be toxic if you are under stress and have free cadmium in your system. See if you can develop a healthy life style and give up the electronic cigarette. Kelly mcgonigal's book the will power instinct, 2012, is very helpful for facilitating healthful changes.

Please recheck the: Name of the blood test, to my knowledge there are no blood tests for seratonin. It is a mono amine neurotransmittor meaning it is small, used rapidly and does not go far. It is therefore not going to be present in traceable amounts in venous blood. At least as far as i know. Gd luck.

High Serotonin: The common causes of high serotonin levels are described here: http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/serotonin-syndrome/ds00860/dsection=causes. Regular cigarettes actually deplete serotonin, so it depends how much nicotine is in the cartridges you use. Regardless, if your serotonin levels are extremely high, this is a dangerous condition and can lead to serotonin syndrome. See your doctor!
