Possible diagnosis: If you are still having problems 3 months out, get back to see your surgical team. Reversing a nissen wrap is possible. However, it is a major procedure with risk and you may benefit from something much easier/simpler. Let your docs know what is going on. Let them evaluate you. Possible imaging tests of ct scan chest/abdomen with oral contrast, egd, cxr should help get you an answer. Good luck.
