You should call: Check in with your personal obstetrician. This drug is an antihistamine, and can cause drowsiness. It is contraindicated in breast feeding individuals. I suspect a single dose in the mother would cause minimal effect, but i strongly warn you to discontinue this drug, and call your obstetrician for confirmation . Good luck.
