Lymph nodes: You have lymph nodes in the armpits which can become inflamed and tender with viral infections. Try Ibuprofen to assist with the discomfort, but it should resolve in a few days.

If you don't get over your symptoms, check with your doctor, but bilateral pain will likely subside.
