Probably not: Around 12 weeks pregnant, the uterus comes out of your pelvis and makes run for your bowels to rest back in your pelvis. This is normal but just to be sure and to give you peace of mind, give your OB a call and either have them listen for the baby's heart rate and/or do a quick ultrasound. Good luck.
