Some advice...: If you have no pain but tolerable bleeding, keep a rolled up gauze pad on the site for 45 minutes (or a wet tea bag works even better). Avoid brushing or eating in that area. Do not rinse your mouth out for now. Brushing and flossing in the rest of your mouth is fine. Limit activity. Call your dentist tomorrow morning and have him\her see you. Take some otc pain medication only if needed.

Blood clot gone: You probably have lost the blood clot ..Take a wet tea bag and place it over the extraction site keep it there for at least an hour avoid brushing or eating in that area. Do not rinse your mouth . Brushing and flossing in the rest of your mouth is fine but be careful to stay away from the extraction site see your dentist asap limit activity.
