Cramps/Discharge: You didn't state your age. Could you be pregnant? What you described could be implantation bleeding and the earliest signs of pregnancy. It could also be a myriad of other gyn conditions, including an infection, polyp, endometriosis , ruptured hemorrhagic ovarian cyst, and more. Check with your gynecologist.
