No problem: The rubella igg shows that you had the disease or vaccination in the past. If you had a rubella like illness in the first trimester it is possible that you developed the immunity during the pregnancy which would be a concern, but if you just had the test as part of routine OB work up there is no concern. Talk to your OB if in doubt.
