Should B checked: Testicular pain is not normal; might be trauma, infection (epididymitis/orchitis), twisted supporting stalk (testicular torsion), varicocele, hydrocele, neoplasm. See urologist very soon. Hospital may have urology clinic with sliding scale payments or urologist may be willing to work out payment plan.
