Cardiac Arrhythmia!: Make sure that u r serum electrolyte and mg levels are normal.Hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia can cause occasional serious cardiac arrhythmias.

See below: You have to make sure that you are not having a low potassium or magnesium level in your blood if you have not been eating for a while. Your blood pressure is fine.
