See below: This is very nonspecific. There are several bones in the pelvis. Is it in the front, side, hip, sacrum?

Pubic symphisitis?: Osteiitis pubis is inflammation of the\ attachment of the pubic bones, a fibro-cartilaginous joint, frequently inflamed in spondyloarthropathies. It is analogous to sacroiiliac joint inflammation. Vist your rheumatology specialist for assessment. I'm betting on this, although there are other causes, some very serious!
