Talk to counselor or: Talk to your school counselor, or your parents (if you think they will be understanding). Let someone know of your fear/phobia. Yours is not uncommon at all, especially in your age group. With some counseling and mostly talking about your fears, you will learn to breath and get through it. No one likes to hear about death, trust me, but we develop coping mechanisms and you will too! good luck.
