A member asked:

Found in scrotal us: left side testis vein are mildly dilated but having pain and swelling on right testis vein for the last 8 months.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Abnormal ultrasound: While the radiologist is reporting an abnormality of the vein (on the unaffected side), it seems clear that he doesn't know what it indicates. It just a finding, and not a diagnosis. I would basically call this ultrasound report negative or normal. You will have to consider other causes of your pain--may be benign, chronic, idiopathic orchalgia, a well known condition with no clear cause.
