See below.: Unless you have injected air into your muscles - not sure how or why - this does not happen. Gas does not get trapped in muscles unless of course you have severe infection with gas producing organisms. In that case immediate surgery is required.

Are you sure?: I have never heard of gas being trapped in muscles, except in severe, life-threatening infections with gas-producing, necrotizing bacteria - such as gangrene secondary to clostridia.

Huh?: How do you know you have "gas trapped in your muscles"? In which muscle group(s) is the gas trapped? If you are talking about GI gas (from eating beans, for example) then i would recommend gas-x or going for a walk. If you're talking about your skeletal muscles, then i'll need more info.
