I am 4 weeks pregnant and i woke up this morning to some brown looking stuff in my panties and when i wipe. i am so scared what might this be?

Don't panic: Four weeks pregnant means you may not have missed your period. 25% of pregnancies will have some early bleeding. We can detect pregnancy early now, even before missing a period. If it gets worse, treat it like a period. There is nothing the er can do unless you are losing tremendous blood volume or having severe pain. Make an OB appt but pregnancies this early hard to predict. Gd luck.
