Examine the area: This tissue is sensitive and will become irritated & red in response to bug bites.They usually leave a small bump surrounded by swelling & redness.Cleaning agents in wipes can also trigger this. If its just a little red or & the kid doesn't seem irritated, you can monitor the issue.Make sure no hair is wrapped around the shaft or if found use a glob of nair to dissolve it.If bad seek exam.
