Clonazepam: Clonazepam is for anxiety but not a BP medication. Please ask him to see a doctor.

Why are there psychiatrists who prescribe benzodiazepines like CLONAZEPAM to their patients long term? Aren't they aware of the addictive quality of CLONAZEPAM? They are doctors. Why do they prescribe benzodiazepines to be taken for life????
I take 2 mg /d of Klonopin. Ive had multiple drug urine and blood tests which are always negative for benzos. Why is this? Does Klonopin not show up in urine ? Ive been prescribed Klonopin at this dose for 4 years now and alwyas negative?
Ive been taking a combination of Klonopin (2mg) and Dexedrine (15mg) for 30 years. Im agoraphobic with SAD and ADD. I have been PERFECT with this combination, but now need a new Psychiatrist. I cant find one yet who will prescribe both. Advice?
