The first day...: ...Of your cycle is the first day of your period. In a 28 day cycle you ovulate on about day 14. The second half of your cycle is usually stable at 14 days, therefore if you have a 34 day cycle you would likely ovulate day 20. Fertility occurs in a 24 hour period around ovulation, so have intercourse several days before and after expected ovulation.
