Request it: The only reason to take Clomid (clomiphene) is if you are not ovulating and actively trying to get pregnant. A 19 year old can use clomid (clomiphene).

Well, it: Depends on if u need it. Do u have pcos? Metformin can be a good option as well, if so, but a diagnosis requiring Clomid (clomiphene) for fertility and the desire to have a baby is a good start. In this era, 19 is kind of young to raise a child. Are u living independently? Do u have good family support?

Ovulation problems: Clomid (clomiphene) is a great drug if you don't ovulate regularly and have irregular cycles. If not, you doctor will want to do some testing first before even considering clomid (clomiphene). There is no age limit, but it does increase the risk of multiples, especially if you are young.
