Neck posture: Should be at eye level with your neck at neutral. Avoid flexion.

Elevated table: Try to keep your chin up and head back maintaining your normal cervical curvature. An ergonomic angled and elevated reading table would be helpful.

Eye level: Reading material and your computer screen should be adjusted so that you are looking straight at them. You should not bend your head down in order to view them. This may require rethinking how you read and work. It is worth it!
