Depends: Without seeing it, it's hard to say. A nevus anywhere can fade w time or get darker w time and sun. This needs to be observed to make sure it doesn't transform or change.

No: Eye nevus is just like nevus elsewhere on the body. It is a "mole". It can change in characteristics and has a very very small chance of changing into a cancer. If you have a nevus in your eye, your eye doctor will document that by taking photos of it and monitor it over time.
