Usually not: Cabergoline does not usually cause weight gain. It is used in people with an elevated prolactin level or a prolactin secreting pituitary tumor. Also used for parkinson's. If anything, Cabergoline can cause some nausea.

Usually weight loss: If you're taking Cabergoline to lower an elevated prolactin, it usually leads to no weight change or weight loss as the prolactin level declines.
