Get evaluated: It depends on what symptoms you are dealing with, so getting evaluated by your doctor is important. If you are talking about getting a lot of colds, for example, the causes might be perfectly normal (ex: working with kids who are sick a lot) or you might be dealing with allergies. Getting "sick all the time" can mean different things. Make sure you are eating a healthy diet and sleeping, too.

Unhealthy lifestyle: Some people get sick for no reason, but most times, i find that people who are always sick are either: depressed, eat too many processed foods (if it needs an ingredient list or has ingredients you can't pronounce, it might be processed), don't exercise, smoke, or are obese. They also (like most of my patients) have vitamin d deficiency, which can impair your immune system.
